About my training.
I graduated from the Guidance and Psychological Counseling program at Ondokuz Mayıs University in 2023. In 2024, I completed 120 hours of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy training and 118 hours of Schema Therapy training at the Altınbaş University Continuing Education Center.
I have also supported my academic interests with international programs: University of Cambridge courses on decision-making, cognitive psychology and neuropsychology, and the psychology of emotions; Psychological First Aid from Johns Hopkins University; American Psychological Association courses on trauma, anxiety, stress and mood disorders; the science of well-being from Yale University; and positive psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
